The booking process was easy, Orange Roofs was very accessible and responsive - and I absolutely loved their app with everything one needs to know about the property - Orange Roofs is really a topnotch property management company. Kiama itself was in a great location - conveniently located to everything in St Ives. Kiama is a beautifully decorated townhouse, very cosy, with a fully functional kitchen and cute garden. The pictures of Kiama on the website are accurate. I would definitely stay there again- and would recommend Kiama to anyone visiting St Ives.

This year we stayed in Sea Fever and the views from the balcony and top floor bedroom are stunning. Artist's Light is a delightful property, tastefully decorated and really well equipped with the perfect view - watching the sea and boats from the sitting room and people-watching in Fore Street from the kitchen. This is our second Orange Roofs property and we have been really impressed both times, not only with the property but also with the customer service and care and information. Fantastic property! Beautifully presented and a very well-thought-out layout. Our favourite part was certainly the lounge area with rooftop views looking out to the sea. Very spacious for four people and very well equipped. Beds were very comfortable! Location was great, we’ve stayed in many properties over a 30 year period but you can’t beat a property with sea views whilst also having easy access to fore street for the shops, cafes and bars! Orange Roofs were recommended to us a couple of years ago, have booked with them several times since and will continue to do so. Their properties are extremely well set out, elegant, stylish and comfortable. Their customer service is also faultless. Friendly staff and a great app! Very keen to book this property again next year! Thank you!

We had a wonderful time staying at the Atlantic View No. 26 Apartment. From the time we booked our holiday Orange Roofs provided a level of service that could not be faulted. Communication by phone and email was immediate and most informative. When we arrived at the property we found it to be very clean and well-equipped and its position to the town and Porthmeor beach was perfect. The views from the apartment were spectacular. Wow, what an amazing place! So big and spacious, extremely comfortable, perfect location, well equipped (turns out I didn't need to bring my Nespresso machine from home 😂) clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen and dining area overlooks Fore Street, from one floor up, we opened the windows during the day and would relax with a morning coffee and listen to the hustle and bustle below. I did wonder if noise would be an issue at night (we've stayed at properties on Fore Street before and found the pubs noisy at night), but Artists Light was perfect, we didn't hear a thing. The living room and bedrooms are set back and look out to the harbour. In fact, I didn't even hear a thing from room to room, perfect when your partner tends to get up at 5am! The Annex is a really quirky addition, again decorated beautifully with a super comfy bed and ensuite shower/bathroom. I've stayed at a lot of Properties in St Ives and have booked with Orange Roofs in the past. I will always recommend Orange Roofs to people, it's a real personable service and everyone I have spoken to have been fantastic. Plus the properties they manage are another level of luxury. We can't wait to come back to Artists Light, I thought I'd found all the hidden gems already until Orange Roofs advertised this place.

On arrival what first amazes you is the breathtaking view, we all found it difficult to leave, also we had been left a fabulous selection of local goodies which were all very welcome after a long drive. We had all been to St Ives many times before but agreed this was the best we had stayed in. Orange Roofs are the best booking company I've dealt with, when booking they were so helpful and you felt they really wanted to do their best for you, great advise on everything. While stopping our toaster broke it was attended to almost immediately, and they sent a charming young lady to replace it, she said she'd only been there 3 weeks. Thank you for all your attention it's the second time we've booked with you. I would thoroughly recommend you..and thanks to the owner for the lend of the house.
