I can't fault 2 Harbour House at all. What a fantastic property in a stunning location. So handy for everything and well kept. We met the owners Bob and Pat who were most lovely and welcoming, and I would definitely stay there again given chance. Fully recommend to everyone. Orange Roofs did an excellent job from booking right through to check out in final day with brilliant communication and support. Thank you all!

We absolutely loved 2 Harbour House. The 3 bay windows are what made the holiday so special for us. The different seating areas. The layout / use of space and personal touches made it perfect. 

The apartment was spotless. It was like home from home with everything you could wish for and more! The bed in the master bedroom was really comfortable. 

We were also very grateful for the voucher to use at Norway Stores, a great touch! 

Brilliant apartment and great location. Everything perfect, clean tidy and well organised. Apartment comfortable and well appointed with everything needed for as great holiday. Appliances and equipment was all in perfect order, everything worked as it should. Nothing negative to say all all.

We had a fantastic time at 2 Harbour House. The location is wonderful, perfectly located for exploring all that St. Ives had to offer. Well done on the excellent soundproofing - no gull noises to wake us too early! Bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment to maximise the gorgeous views to the front. We'd love to return again.

First impressions of this property blew us away! The apartment is stunning and the views even more so. Modern, well equipped and pristine. Honestly, we couldn't ask for more, we will back at 2 Harbour House, it is perfect. Staff at Orange Roofs are also outstanding, very helpful, answering my many questions in the run up to our holiday.
If you love St Ives and everything it has to offer then this property ticks every box for a perfect holiday.

We had a lovely stay in Harbour House. The property is wonderfully located overlooking the harbour and we enjoyed looking at the beautiful views whilst having our meals. The property is well situated for looking round St Ives and gives you easy access to enjoy all the shops and restaurants around the area. Very comfortable and well equipped property, very clean and well presented. The parking space was nearby and a bonus.

Wow! What an amazing weeks stay we had a 2 Harbour House. The apartment is simply beautiful, and so well designed to make the most of the incredible views across the harbour. We had all weathers during our stay but even on the gloomiest of days, the spectacular views didn't disappoint! 
The apartment has everything you could want to make your stay a total home from home experience. We can't wait to return. The lovely welcome tray and convenient parking space a short walk away were the icing on the cake. Thank you to the owners and to all at Orange Roofs for a lovely holiday!

We stayed at this apartment October 22 and had a fabulous week. The apartment has the most fantastic views over the harbour in a great location. When we arrived the apartment was spotless, probably the cleanest we have stayed in at St Ives. It has everything you need with regards to facilities and more. The bedrooms & bathrooms are on the small side but more than adequate. Three big bay windows overlooking the harbour , two of which the windows open fully inwards giving you that outdoor feeling. Great for people watching. We would fully recommend this apartment and will book again.

2 Harbour House is a truly special property to spend a holiday in St Ives. From the spectacular views of the harbour and beyond, to the modern decor and attention to detail, everything was perfect. Having parking was also an added bonus. The booking process was clear and straightforward, with each step clearly described. I would thoroughly recommend this property and Orange Roofs when planning to stay in St Ives and hopefully I will be returning very soon.

Lovely view over harbour, and great window seats. 2 double bedrooms, the second quite small. We have stayed here twice before. The kitchen is not particularly well equipped if you want to cook every day - frying pans are tired. More than before, we noticed the smell of damp in the bedrooms. But overall, it's a lovely place to stay, and we would stay again in the future. Brilliantly located for shops and restaurants, and a parking space is available, which is like gold dust in St Ives.

ORANGE ROOFS COMMENT: The owners of 2 Harbour House were sorry to hear of an issue with the kitchen equipment and asked for more information from the guest. Following your feedback they are replacing a set of non stick frying pans that had become damaged and supplying a set of microwaveable bowls. Seafront properties in St Ives can experience high humidity at times and we ask guests to keep the extractor fans switched on when using the en-suite showers or bath and open a window afterwards. We ask all our guests to report any problems to Orange Roofs as soon as possible during the holiday and we do our best to put them right immediately and maintain the high standards of the apartment during stays. The owners of 2 Harbour House are looking forward to welcoming you back!

2 Harbour House is a very comfortable apartment. Clean and well equipped with amazing views to sit watch the world go by as the tide goes in and out. A perfect location for beaches, shops and restaurants. The use of a parking space just a short walking distance away was a bonus as it took the stress out of navigating the narrow streets of St Ives. The information regarding check in and departure from Orange Roofs, both via emails and the app was exceptional and the property booklet on the app was one of the best I have seen. All very clear and informative.

This was our 3rd stay at 2 Harbour House , and our experience of booking the property , getting the relevant information prior to the start , and during to preempt our departure , should be a lesson to the rest of the industry. The property itself is amazing , with views that are 2nd to none , and the best table on the bay for breakfast, lunch and dinner should you so desire. Everything you need is there , and whilst I could spend endless days watching the view out of the bay windows , restaurants , bakery, post office , ice cream, and shopping are all just paces away.. We are returning next year .

Perfect location with stunning panoramic views of St Ives complimented by the high standard of the flat. Travelled by train and used the very liable local buses which allowed linear walks on the coastal path. Great holiday.

Our second stay here and definitely not our last. Perfect location on the harbour, nowhere too far to wander to. The apartment is wonderful - the views alone make it worthwhile - and equipped with everything needed to make the stay hassle free. Everyone we dealt with from the booking to housekeeper and even a chance encounter with the owner have been very helpful and friendly. A wonderful place!

This is my 3rd stay in a property with Orange Roofs and each time I've got closer and closer to the sea front and you can't get any closer than this! You really can't explain just how beautiful the views from The apartment are until you are stood there crying happy tears about it!! I loved the apartment. The living areas are for sure the best space as they have the views, I spent most of my spare time in the window seat watching the tide coming in and out and people watching. It was bliss. It was spotlessly clean and a big bonus having 3 toilets and 3 showers! The 2 showers in cubicles are better than the one over the bath. The bedrooms were comfy and very functional. I personally would like some softer lighting in the bedroom. There were lovely touches like wine and biscuits left for us, thank you. Without sounding ungrateful I would have liked some Herbal teas to go with the tea and coffee there, as I drink neither. Small detail though. I would also like a towelling robe, if I'd paid high season prices this would have bothered me more. Some softer cushions, in my opinion, are required on the sofa's.. they are a bit hard and firm but the fleecy blankets were a welcome touch. Now to orange roofs.. these guys are great! Super helpful with anything I asked, and Billie is just lovely! As was the cleaner Nikki.. as I said I've used these 3 times now and feel Very loyal to staying with them.. brilliant service from start to finish and they seem very caring and genuine. Thank you. Parking was fab and easy and about as close as you're going to get that that central point. Just to also mention for days out we hired ebikes from The shop up the road. It was an absolutely brilliant day! We cycled to Pendeen lighthouse with ease! We ate in source kitchen, caffe pasta, the Thai place .. all fantastic. Overall a brilliant brilliant stay, and I would 100% recommend and return to harbour house. I miss it already! Thank you x

Your feedback is appreciated, the owner likes to provide a beautiful hamper of items to get you started, however we appreciate that depending on diet this may not suit everyone, so this is something they are happy to look at. Soft furnishings can be a personal preference but we were suprised by your comments on the sofa pillows, as three are soft feather filled, with eleven in total of varying softness and with this being self catering accomodation they would prefer not to supply towelling robes. The bedrooms currently have several individual bed side lights as well as the main bedroom light, so brightness should be fully adjustable for comfort. We are so pleased to hear you enjoyed yet another stay with us at Orange Roofs and hope to welcome you back again in the future!

From start to finish we had a truly memorable Christmas at harbour house. This apartment has great spaces for relaxing, socialising, eating and sleeping. 2 double spacious bedrooms with ensuites, plus the luxury of a 3rd bathroom. A very well equipped kitchen space with choice of eating at the booth in bay window or in the main kitchen area. We had everything we needed, plus of course how could I forget…the absolutely amazing views…which can be adored from any of the 3 window seats, we watched the sunrise each day and the sunset at night. We were about to book again but sadly other people know about this amazing place so until next time…….

We had such a magical time in 2 Harbour House. We were blessed with fine weather to explore St Ives and the surrounding area. The property and whole booking experience was faultless. Views to die for! Thank you.

This is the second time we have stayed at 2 Harbour house over the festive period. We knew from past experience that the house had everything in it you could want, and the spectacular views from the 3 windows were as magnificent as we had remembered. It truly is very difficult to drag yourself away from the window seats where the ebb and flow of the tide provides an ever-changing scene. We hope to visit St Ives again and this will be our first choice of accomodation. Orange Roofs are a delight to deal with. Thank you Sam, Billie and Torrie for your excellent service.

Third time we have stayed here and never been disappointed. The standard of accommodation is first class and the location second to none. We have always stayed out of season (either March or December) and love wandering around the town and beaches or just staying in. Because of the location and standard of the property we never feel as if we need to be out and about all the time. Spent a lot of the week just relaxing with the view. We have been visiting St Ives for 25 years or more, we have stayed in various accommodation, but this flat beats all others hands down. Everything you need is there, and all of the highest quality, you don't need to have the televisions on, as the views through the bay windows are ever changing, it truly is an amazing property, and can't wait to visit again.

Having visited St Ives for four years this was a property I had always wanted to stay in. In 2021 we celebrated our 25 wedding anniversary and decided to book. It is truly breathtaking when you walk through the entrance door to see the harbour views so close up. Having the choice of three sitting areas to watch the world go by is so unique. The facilities, furnishings, attention to detail are second to none. We had an amazing time and would definitely no hesitate in booking again. The location is so central for everything you need, having the bonus of a parking space and also being able to pull up outside to unload luggage worked so well.

We return to the same property every year and always are well looked after by Orange Roofs. Absolutely outstanding customer service and accommodation always immaculate and perfectly situated for the perfect holiday.

2 Harbour House has got to be your first choice if you are looking for luxury accommodation, breathtaking views and ideal location. Located on the 1st floor smack bang in the middle of the wharf we were blown away by the views stretching across the bay and with the ease of being just a short stroll to all beaches, shops, bars and restaurants. The property itself was stunning and immaculate in every detail with everything you could need for our weeks stay. We booked this accommodation with Orange Roofs for our 2020 wedding week which was sadly postponed until this year due to the pandemic but Sam and the team have been nothing short of magnificent helping not only us but many of our guests switch our dates to this year. 5 stars all round!

We've stayed here before, and would return again. The apartment is very comfortable and clean. 3 bay window areas, 1 in the kitchen with 2 directors chairs, one where the dining table is, and one with a window seat. Plenty of space for 4. The main bedroom is lovely, with a shower over the bath. The bathroom in the second bedroom is small, but functional. The views of the harbour are stunning. Kitchen well equipped, though you may want to take your own cooking pots / pans if you plan to cook in a lot. When st ives is busy, you do here a fair amount of noise until the restaurants have closed down. That goes hand in hand with being in the hub of the town. We enjoy it, but if you want absolute peace and quiet, this apartment is not for you in high season. Probably not suitable for older people unless they can do stairs / slopes easily.

This is the second time we have stayed in Harbour House and once again we have had a wonderful time. Having a choice of bay windows to sit in to watch the world go by was magical, especially in the crazy days we are in at the moment. It also meant we enjoyed the more extreme weather as we could just sit inside and watch! The apartment is superb, with everything we need to enjoy self catering, and the luxury of almost a bathroom each. Orange Roofs were great, the communication was really good and they were helpful solving the one or two things that cropped up whilst we were there. Our highlight was dinner on the final night at Porthmeor Beach Cafe. The sunset disappeared in to a torrential rainstorm but the food and staff were fantastic.

From the moment I tried to book 2 Harbour House and it looked like the deposit hadn't gone through correctly on a Sunday , and getting a message from Sam to say don't worry , we had the booking , to the app with all the info we needed in one place , I cannot fault Orange Roofs . 2 Harbour House has the most amazing views from a choice of 3 bays to sit in . The apartment had everything we needed for the most wonderful week . Have rebooked for next year !

A lovely spacious and clean property with stunning views, in the best location to appreciate the beauty of St Ives. I never got tired of sitting at the window and looking out at the harbour. Stylish furnishings and everything you could need, the welcome package was a nice touch. We would love to stay again in the future.

Second time staying here and not much more to add with regards to the accommodation, as it’s just excellent all round and the location is superb with stunning views, weather was pretty lousy most of the week but it really doesn’t matter when you’re staying here as it’s so cosy and a great chill out apartment! Wonderful apartment with absolutely stunning views. You can't help but be blown away with the lounge and kitchen overlooking St Ives harbour. Everything was perfect comfy setters, great seating areas to enjoy the view (sorry to mention the view again but I can't forget it) and when we did the walk to Zennor (Coastal Path) very muddy had my trousers washed and dried before the day was over - they had every mod con you need and didn't need (didn't put the tv's on at all - why would you when you have that view, sorry mentioned it again). We were only staying for three nights but we were having such a great time we stayed for an extra night, thanks Ross (Orange Roofs) for sorting this out quickly and efficiently especially as I left it to the last minute. This is the third break we have had with Orange Roofs and I have found the company professional and very helpful and very good value for money.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Harbour House. The information on the Orange Roofs website impressed us and gave us very high expectations when booking, and we certainly were not disappointed. We absolutely loved it! The location was exceptional, the cleanliness and comfort levels in the house were excellent and we felt that lots of thought had gone into how well the home was equipped, providing all we needed for a memorable stay. The wine, cream tea and flowers were a lovely touch, and made us feel very welcome. If there was any downside to the home, it was that it was too difficult to choose which window seat to sit at! This sometimes made it hard for us to leave the apartment because it was mesmerising watching the ebb and flow of the tide, with the added delight of watching seals in the harbour, and also people watching…especially entertaining when seagulls were pinching their pasties! The car parking space was easy to find, and not too far away. We decided to leave the car parked up for the whole week, which meant we enjoyed walks around and about which made for a very relaxing week. And of course, being in St Ives for New Years Eve was lots of fun. The booking process, and email updates from Orange Roofs were first class, and I would not hesitate in recommending this company to others. When we return to St Ives (and we will), Harbour House is definitely the place we would want to stay.

If you love St Ives this is the place to stay. The views out across the harbour are stunning whatever the weather. All the window seats are amazing and you could easily stay there all day watching life unfold below. The apartment delivers everything you need for your holiday and is the best we've stayed in. Almost every aspect of 2 Harbour House was exactly what we were looking for. We tried to read our books but were always distracted by the harbour, boats, people and even the lifeboat launch, with three great windows to sit at and relax. Great kitchen facilities (we cooked fresh fish most evenings), Three bath/shower rooms and even beach chairs. The beds in the twin room were a little small and too near the ground for adults with creaky knees but that was the only issue (a set of pin boning tweezers would also help!). Orange Roofs have been totally amazing. Loads of information before our holiday and great support for a couple of minor items needing fixing. Best company we've ever dealt with. Thanks

We recently spend a week in this wonderful apartment, and what an apartment. The views are stunning it was really nice sitting in the windows watching the world go by. We have been coming to St Ives for the last 18 years and this is one of the best apartments.

We had the most amazing holiday at 2 harbour house. The property itself was exquisite with everything you need to help make the most of your holiday and then there were the views which were out of this world. No need for television at this property as watching the world go by in all weathers was hypnotic. After a long drive the welcome pack was such a lovely touch we were made to feel so welcome. Orange roofs emailed all the instructions prior to us leaving, they were so accommodating. Thank you to the lovely owners who have put so much thought into every last detail in the apartment this has by far been our favourite holiday in the last 5 years.

The accommodation was 5* and so was the location. It looked as if no expense had been spared in furnishing the apartment and everything was to an extremely high standard. There was nothing negative we could say and wish we didn't have to leave. Another nice to have was the facility to record programs on the TV (we went in March so there was a wee bit of TV watching post restaurant). We could not imagine staying anywhere else in St Ives if we go back so this has set the standard very high indeed. Thank you so much for letting us rent the apartment - especially as it was really short notice and for the scones, cream, jam and wine to welcome us.

This is the sixth cottage we’ve stayed at as a family in St.Ives and can easily say it is pretty much flawless, and without question the best we’ve stayed at here in St.Ives. Amazing views coupled with a beautiful apartment, fully equipped with everything you need on holiday. Can’t wait to come back at some point.

We spent 8 days in this lovely property, which was even better than we had expected! The weather for our first couple of days was very wet and windy, but it was always such a pleasure to return to Harbour House and sit in one of the 3 window seats with a hot drink and just watch the world go by! We would definitely return and would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at 2 Harbour House in October, our sixth stay in St Ives in as many years. We've stayed in five different apartments in different locations and I would say this apartment is my favourite. The views are just fantastic and the living area in the apartment makes perfect use of the bay windows The window seat (which is newer than the photos on the website) was a favourite for people-watching on the wharf. In fact our kids barely watched tv the whole week as the view out of the window was so interesting! The kids also loved to draw and colour sitting at the dining table in the bay window and for me a cup of tea sitting in the kitchen bay was perfect at any time of day. The living area manages to feel cosy and modern at the same time. Usually I am glad to get back to my home comforts at the end of a week away but now I am missing the apartment - it was so well designed and with everything you need. The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment so have no outlook and only small windows in the master bedroom - which was fine for quiet, dark sleeping areas. The beds are very comfortable. The only downside is the walk to the parking space, but we very much appreciated having the parking space in the first place as it would be impossible to combine this location & view with parking on site - that is the nature of St Ives. We'll definitely be back to St Ives in the future and when we do this apartment will be at the top of our list!

The views are fantastic - you can sit at the bay windows and watch the harbour all day! The apartment was beautifully appointed with everything you need - except pasta bowls - which would be a good addition. Any queries were promptly and efficiently dealt with. A great place to stay.

So we were there 9 weeks ago, got back home and couldn’t stop thinking about this amazing apartment, so decided to look up availability and booked it immediately. Just can’t get enough of this place, we had an amazing time once again, weather was fantastic. Thank you once again for making our holiday so memorable, looking to rebook for 2019, so far away , let’s see if I can last that long .

This has got to be the finest location on the harbour front. Amazing views of the tides coming in and out, and the fishing and pleasure boats coming and going. The apartment decor is very well thought out and tasteful. The 3 bay windows are outstanding and perfect for people watching. The interior is very well equipped, and all fine quality too, everything you could possibly need. We had a great time in 2 Harbour House and hope to return soon.

We have been visiting St Ives for the past 17 years and have stayed at some lovely apartments but nothing quite like his one . OMG! What an awesome view, the hardest decision we had to make was which window seat to sit at . Thank you for an amazing holiday, definitely will be back next year .

Just returned from a second stay in what must be one of the best 2 bed apartments in St Ives, the location on the Wharf could not be better. The accommodation with 2 bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and a shower room a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting area has everything you could need for your stay. Will definitely be back for a third visit.

We had a wonderful stay at 2 Harbour House. The apartment is so cozy and comfortable, and it is even cuter in person! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking (we only cooked breakfast). There were manuals available so you were able to look up any questions you might have (i.e. how to run a European washing machine) and Orange Roofs was quick to respond to any question we had that was not answered by a manual. There were also maps of the area to use, in order to explore the surrounding country side. We loved sitting in any one of the three bay windows to watch the harbor during high and low tide. We had one day of "rough seas" and that provided some pretty amazing waves crashing into the sea walls. The only thing that you might need that is not provided is paper towels and napkins. And since this is an apartment and not a hotel, you will need to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. The scones that were provided upon our arrival were so yummy! What a great way to start our Cornwall vacation. We had one of the best meals of our 10 day trip at the Cellar Bistro (recommended by Orange Roofs). We would stay here again in a heart beat! It was perfection!

We are frequently visitors to St Ives and have satayed across the town but this place beats all others. The location is great, in the central area but not too close to the noise, great to take an ice cream or pasty back and be safe away from the seagulls! The view is amazing come rain or shine. Well equipped with everything you would need away on holiday. Looking forward to our return visit.

One of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in. The views are out of this world and the apartment is decked out with everything you need to make it a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. We love St Ives and this apartment is now where we want to stay every time!

My wife and I just spent a week here with our 2 children(12 and 15). What an amazing apartment, we all had a wonderful time. The apartment itself is fitted out to a very high standard and the views over St Ives harbour are fantastic. To have everything on your doorstep is great. There are numerous local restaurants of good quality. The short train ride to Carbis Bay and the coastal path walk back was a very pleasant afternoon outing. The Howard family can all thoroughly recommend 2 Harbour House.

Last week was our fourth visit to St Ives staying with Orange Roofs, our first to Harbour House. All our holidays have been excellent, but this apartment is our favourite so far - wonderful location, stunning views from the 3 sets of panoramic windows, beautiful decor, cosy and well equipped. Having a secure undercover parking space was a real bonus for St Ives. Had lovely meals out at the Alba and Porthmeor Beach Cafe, and visited Tate St Ives when they re-opened after their closure. A great week, in spite of mixed weather!

fter returning to St Ives in various cottages over the last 7 years - this is the best so far! A beautifully decorated and well equipped apartment with stunning views from all three windows overlooking the harbour. The perfect position for a family beach holiday and on the door step to St Ives many great restaurants- Caffe Pasta and Porthmeor Beach Cafe to name but two. Can't wait to return!

We are currently sat at the dining table looking at the amazing views on our last day and wishing we did not have to go home tomorrow.. We are a party of two couples and this lovely apartment has everything we need and at a very high standard. A lot of thought has gone into the decor and we have loved our stay here. Will definitely be back.

We stayed in 2 Harbour House October 7th - 21st 2017. We had a wonderful time. The apartment was amazing, with panaramic veiws of St Ives harbour. Would highly recommend this beautiful apartment.
