We had a wonderful stay.Clean,comfortable house with everything we needed.Great location,walking distance to Carbis Bay,Porthminster and St Ives. The hot tub was a great bonus.Tesco just a 10 minute walk away.Wil definitely stay again.

This house is wonderful!!! Perfect for a family holiday. Has everything you could need, is in a great location and we loved our week at Lahaina. The walk to Porthminster beach is easier than the walk to Carbis Bay Beach, lots of hills and steps, but still do-able. The bus stop is really close by too, you're in St Ives within 3 stops, and the Cornish Arms pub is 5mins away, which does lovely food (Wednesday onwards). Once again Orange Roofs have provided a top notch holiday home, wok excellent organisation and communication throughout. Would definitely recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have just returned from a fabulous family holiday staying at Lahaina . It was a wonderful place to stay all together. So spacious and it accommodated our every need. It was a 15/ 20 minute walk down to St Ives along the coast path, we had 2 young children under 6 years of age and they managed the walk. There is a bus stop very close by for those who are less able . Beautiful scenery on the walk down . We would certainly like to return again one day .

Another great stay at Lahaina which is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday location which allows you to benefit from both St Ives and Carbis Bay within a short walk. Great parking , garden space for our dog and well appointed and spacious accommodation. Orange roofs manage the whole booking experience brilliantly and take all the stress out of visiting the St Ives area. Thank you.

Lahaina is a wonderful property, so spacious and beautifully furnished. It was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We had a great time and were sorry to have to leave. We will certainly return. We'll done Orange Roofs on your customer service.

A Great property with everything you need for a getaway. Plenty of towels and rooms a great size. The hottub is great for chilling out.

We had a fabulous time in Lahaina. Very well equipped and spacious. The outside space is also very good. Only drawback is the road noise, especially at the weekend. Overall though a lovely holiday.

We booked Lahaina as our son was getting married at Carbis Bay Hotel. it's a perfectly located for Carbis bay and St Ives. Lahaina provided the space for us to entertain our family and friends, it has a wonderful open planned kitchen and lots of outdoor spaces. Lahaina is very modern and fresh which made it a lovely back drop for photos on the morning of the wedding. We rarely used the car as it only takes 20 mins to walk into St Ives or 15 mins to Carbis bay beach. It is excellent value for money and we would definitely go back in the future.

Lahaina is a first class property which is laid out beautifully & well equipped for a relaxing stay in a wonderful location. Ideally situated for a short walk to either St Ives or Carbis Bay and with the addition of ample parking and a garden it makes for a fantastic family home which also also accommodates our Cockapoo who loves the property as he is free to roam in the secure gated front and rear gardens. Lahaina is truly like a home away from home.

Lahaina is a welcoming, incredibly well designed and luxuriously curated family Holiday House. The flow and space within and surrounding the property is perfect for a generational holiday!! It is positioned perfectly for walking Into St Ives and Carbis Bay and the extensive private parking at the property allows everyone the freedom to come and go. AND the sun shone…we will be back.

Lovely house in a great location just a short walk from St Ives. We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Lahaina

A large and contemporary property on the outskirts of St Ives. We spent two fantastic weeks here at the end of July/start of August. The property was clean and extremely well maintained. It really was a home from home. The outside area was comfortable and well presented - ideal for relaxing in the Cornish sunshine. Internally, the kids loved the table tennis table in the garage. The beds were extremely comfortable and bedrooms - clean and well presented. In short - I would wholeheartedly recommend this property. You won't regret it.

This house has absolutely everything you could ever wish for on a family holiday, it's immaculate, peaceful and close to the beach and public transport.

We loved everything about Lahaina. The house and outside areas were beautiful and its location was really convenient for accessing St Ives (bus stop 1 minute walk away), Carbis Bay Beach and the local facilities. We would definitely stay again.

It's difficult to accurately describe the quality of this property - it is truly exceptional and made our 6-night stay extremely relaxing and comfortable. It was the first time we'd stayed slightly outside of Carbis Bay or St Ives but both are walkable from the property and there being a bus stop directly outside made everything that bit easier. Our only slight slight dampener was the location being so close to the main road in/out of St Ives - we expected this when we booked and this should not put you off, however, when sitting outside in the beatiful back garden, it could get a little noisy. Once inside the property, the road could not be heard whatsoever. A fantastic service from Orange Roofs and we're looking forward to booking again!

Nice big house in a good location for accessing St Ives or Carbis Bay. Hot tub a great addition although thought a tad expensive at *£350/wk. We struggled getting the downstairs heating to work, settings were appropriate and showed boiler firing but nothing changed on the warmth. Apart from that everything was as expected. Certainly recommend La Casita for a very nice meal stick to drinks only at the cornish Arms though. Also St Ives surf school for sup lessons were brilliant.

As always Orange Roofs did not disappoint. Lahaina was absolutely gorgeous, what a property that was just perfect for our family. The house was beautifully furnished, with no expense spared. Ample space both inside and out to accommodate all in great comfort and luxury. The hot tub was fantastic too! If you're looking for an amazing house not too far from the town with parking for at least four cars, this is the one for you! Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful holiday in Cornwall, Lahaina is a beautiful property, very well presented and extremely comfortable, it had everything you could possibly need , we received excellent service from Billie and all the staff when enquiring and booking and the welcome pack provided was wonderful, many thanks.

Christmas 2023 - Best Ever!!
We had the most magical Christmas at Lahaina with our three grown up children, their partners and our sausage dog Minnie. From the moment we arrived at Lahaina on the Friday before Christmas everything was set up beautifully, two Christmas trees, a lovely welcome pack, the hot tub and table tennis. The whole house was tastefully and beautifully decorated to a high standard 
We have been coming to St Ives for many years and usually stay in Downalong and I was worried about being just on the outskirts but I honestly needn't have worried, the walk down the hill was amazing with gorgeous views and the walk up really wasn't too bad, Lahaina also has a bus stop right outside and St Ives also has a fantastic taxi service with 8 seaters and dog friendly which we used a few evenings in and out (I think the most we paid was about £15 back from the sloop on Christmas Eve). You also have Tesco a 10 minute walk away, we needn't have hired a van to take food and drink for 8. 
The Boxing Day swim on Porthminster was lovely to be part of (not me)but the rest of the family joined in. 
Would definitely recommend Lahaina for Christmas and would love to spend a Summer there and enjoy the outdoor seating and bbq

Really well presented and designed property. Felt immediately at home and a great entertaining space. The owners have obviously taken a lot of time and effort to make this a great holiday home. Orange Roofs back them up very well with great service and attention to detail. Look forward to our next stay.

Parking behind the gated drive and the security that afforded couldn't be underestimated and having a short downhill walk to either St Ives or Carbis bay makes this property Ideally located.

Lahaina is a fantastic property in a great location. The house is finished to a very high standard throughout and feels luxurious but equally very homely. It is very well equipped; a lot of thought has gone into ensuring guests have all they need. We liked the location out of the town centre (with ample parking) but in easy walking distance - of both St Ives and Carbis Bay. Plus the bus stop just outside, with frequent buses locally and further afield. The service from Orange Roofs was first class, very responsive and helpful in advance and during our stay. We absolutely loved our time here - we look forward to returning next year!

The house Lahaina in St Ives was perfect , great location , well equipped, clean and tidy and overall we had an awesome experience 

We had a wonderful week at Lahaina. The property has been newly renovated and is beautifully done with incredible attention to detail, and no expense spared. We loved the decor and all the little touches that gave it personality and made it feel homely. 
We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space which catches the afternoon and evening sun and was a great spot to relax after a walk back from the beach which was only a 15- 20 min walk away. 
I would highly recommend Lahaina! 

What a lovely property and such a great location walkable to both St Ives Bay and Carbis Bay. We heard Lahaina had just been refurbished so we were expecting it to be nice but we didn't expect it to be finished to such a high standard. Everything from the bed linen to the cutlery was just 5 star quality. I'd say the outside seating/dining area was the highlight for us, family meals followed by evening drinks under the fairy lights, perfect. We can't wait to come back next summer. Thank you.
