Spa Days in Cornwall
Cornwall exudes the feeling of calm, relaxation, and mindfulness from its surroundings alone. The combination of ancient coastlines, white sand beaches and the lapping of waves on the shore can’t help but make you feel an instant sense of peace. We think this is one reason why holidaying in Cornwall is special to so many people and why the beautiful spas that have been set up along the coast have taken in every thought to help offer relaxing Cornish spa days.

In the sensory spa garden you go through a series of processes. The first is the dry rub to exfoliate, followed by a warm shower. Next, a sauna with a view! After you’ve heated yourself through, it’s time for the exhilarating ice bucket. But don’t worry, after this you get to relax in their outdoor hot tubs and you’ll even be brought a fresh and hydrating drink! Once you’ve finished in the hot tub it is a seaweed scrub down followed by a chill out by the firepit, whilst soaking your feet and enjoying a warming fruit tea.
Simply bliss.
