Staying with us
We’ve set the bar high for ourselves to reach, from the properties we choose to the way they are presented before you arrive. It is the accumulation of details, big and small, that combine to make holidays extra-special. Through getting to know our properties inside out, we have been able to make all the little adjustments that mean you’ll feel right at home. Some will clearly jump out as a nice touch, others may go unnoticed but exist to mean you can simply relax in comfort.
Don’t worry about packing a load of household equipment into the car before you head down to start your holiday in Cornwall. We ensure the essentials and bulky items are provided in your holiday home so you can settle straight in.
All holiday homes come equipped with bedding, bed linen, a towel bale per person (one bath towel, one hand towel), bath mats and minimum of two tea towels.
For all you sand worshippers out there (like us!), please be aware that beach towels are generally not provided so best to be safe and squeeze a few of these into your cases before the off.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook a wide range of family meals. If there is something a little out of the ordinary that you may need for a particular dish (a lemon rinder, a salad spinner, a food mixer maybe…) then just give us a call and we’ll double check whether you’ll need to set aside some suitcase space to bring your own.
You will find basic cleaning equipment in the property, but day-to-day consumables such as washing machine detergent, dishwasher tablets, bin liners, toilet rolls and bathroom toiletries are generally not provided. Having said this, you will usually find enough to get you through your first day or two, so don’t worry if you arrive too late to catch the supermarket before it closes.
Another thing included in your rental is utility costs (electricity, gas etc.). However, we do ask that you respect the use of these resources wherever possible, just as you would in your own home.
