We arrived early at the apartment. I contacted Orange Roofs and Billie kindly released the access code early which was great after a 7 hour trip. The apartment itself is lovely, bright and cheerful and very well equipped. The location is perfect for St Ives town or the many beaches. Access is down a steep hill so may be an issue to some. Communication with Orange Roofs was exceptional throughout our stay. I have already booked to return next year. Can't wait!

The apartment is absolutely great - cosy, comfortable and very convenient to go into and out of St. Ives. We've enjoyed our meals out and all of the outings here in West Cornwall.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the wonderful Zennor apartment and it continues to be beautifully fitted out and very well maintained. We love all the luxurious touches, the welcome pack and the general styling of the apartment. Would highly recommend.

Lovely clean apartment

Fantastic flat. Everything is finished to a very high standard and extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for quiet evenings away from the bustle near the harbour but only 5 minute walk from great restaurants and pubs. The only downside is the view of the car park.

Wonderful apartment, perfect for us 3 ladies to share. Great position, close to everything, but really quiet too. Very well equipped kitchen & great facilities all round. Comfortable beds & wonderful linens & towels. The whole place was very clean with plenty of crockery, which was appreciated. Very happy with our stay.

We had a lovely October half term in Zennor. This is our 5th family holiday to St Ives and our 2nd stay in an Orange Roofs property. We can highly recommend Zennor and also Orange Roofs. The apartment is In a good location, there's a steep hill whichever way you approach from but, in a fantastic location. Even though there is a car park in front, it's still really peaceful. The apartment has everything you need and very comfortable beds! Orange Roofs are very responsive if you need to get in touch. We would definitely recommend them and their properties.

Absolutely loved staying here. We came from New Zealand and we were very impressed. A brilliant place with all the amenities you could wish for. Very clean and super tidy. The bed was so comfortable and the parking spot was just across the way. Love every minute staying there. Thank you Orange Roofs. The process was so simple and you guys were very helpful.

Very pleased upon arrival as the apartment felt clean, modern and well equipped. 

Great location as we have been visiting st ives for the past 10 years 3 times each year and this felt great apart from the outlook on to the car park. 

What's not to like? Zennor is a comfortable modern apartment perfectly placed amongst the Sherpa Tenzing defying hills of St Ives. The property has three sofas for maximum lounging capacity, a kitchen full of gadgets that go beep and three beds (a double and two singles.) Its comfortable, warm and pleasant to stay in. 

The only drawback is its view of the car park. Opening the blinds in the morning and making inadvertent eye contact with a builder in a Transit van is way more social interaction I can deal with at that time of the morning

Wow! What a wonderful week we've had in beautiful Cornwall. Zennor apartment exceeded our expectations; we couldn't have asked for more- just like a home from home! It is very spacious- perfect for myself, wife and two teenage children. The property is in a perfect location; in walking distance to several beaches and the beautiful streets of St Ives. The apartment was immaculately clean and well appointed with high end utensils, toiletries and overall facilities. After a long drive from Manchester the welcome pack was very much appreciated as was the sizeable allocated parking space. We would definitely recommend Zennor apartment and would love to stay again in the future!

Well equipped and immaculately clean. It felt like we were staying at a friends home - everything within was good quality from the bedding to the kitchen items and the welcome pack and the luxury toiletries. All the Orange Roofs properties look beautiful but we chose this one because it had a parking space nearby. 
A short (but very steep!) walk down to the beaches and shops. I didn't mind the walk at all but might not suit someone with mobility issues.
I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at Zennor recently, for a week and our stay was lovely, the view from the apartment is blocked by the Tate but you still get a side view of the sea and it's a no through road so very little foot fall. The apartment is a lovely size and very well equipped, good water pressure and beach equipment is available in the store room. The kitchen is great, dishwasher, washer dryer, 5 ring hob,oven and microwave, all very well appointed. The apartment is near the top of a hill, so every way back is uphill but the exercise was good for walking off the delicious food and drink that St Ives has to offer. The nearest beach, Porthmeor, was fabulous and we were blessed with fantastic weather. The Orange roofs app was brilliant and very easy to use, we would definitely book through them again when visiting West Cornwall. Thanks!

Just perfect! Everything was to a very high standard and spotlessly clean. The apartment was compact, but ample for what we needed. Office staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Would definitely use Orange Roofs again - thank you!

Excellent location and very well appointed. We had a wonderful time and everything worked great. Be prepared for hills and narrow streets. We recommend just parking in the lot and carrying your luggage if it is not too big or heavy as driving down the street to the unit and getting out is hard. Pretty much had everything you need in the unit and the area is beautiful.

Amazing location near Porthmeor Beach, town and the harbour.

Our stay at Zennor was wonderful with great accommodation which was exactly as described. Very clean and we'll equipped to ensure there was everything we needed including a parking space as well. Would recommend to visit here and we will be returning in the future.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely location in St Ives. Everything is provided for a great stay and the management company, Orange Roofs, are very helpful and professional. It's our second stay here and it certainly won't be our last!

We've stayed a couple of times now in Zennor. Overall, it's a very well-equipped and comfortable base for a stay in St.Ives. Parking in St.Ives can be a nightmare, so having a guaranteed parking space for the week is massive bonus, and the proximity of the house to the space in the Barnoon Long Stay Car Park makes unpacking and packing really easy. The layout of the house is very clever, creating a surprising spacious interior - kitchen diner, lounge area, double and twin bedrooms (both ensuite). All of the furniture, fittings (including kitchen equipment) is of a very high standard and you really don't need to bring much if anything with you. Even beach towels and equipment are provided. The house was very well prepared on arrival, spotlessly clean with a few local treats provided (enjoyed the saffron loaf with local butter). The Orange Roofs app worked well informing us when the house was ready - 45 minutes ahead of schedule. Can't fault this property, highly recommended. Will stay again definitely.

The apartment is compact but it does have all a small family needs with regards to sleeping, bathing, living room sitting and kitchen facilities. We have stayed here several years in a row and have already booked next year here. With its small outdoor sitting area etc., we do highly recommend this place… you can be catching waves a minute or so from leaving this apartment's front door.

Great location finished to a very high spec.

Zennor apartment is situated in location location.Easily accessible to all the beaches,restaurants and shops in St Ives.There is a parking space in the car park next to the apartment .The decoration in the apartment is top class and the owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and homely.The communication from Orange roofs was excellent and we were able to get in earlier than the official arrival time which was a bonus.The only problem we had was that we required a linen change as we stayed for 2 weeks and this wasn't mentioned in the apartments book or on Orange roofs app.We should have enquired as the service is available.Orange Roofs are easily contacted and the lady I spoke to was very helpful .We will definitely book through them again and also stay at the apartment again.Excellent all round.

We stayed at Zennor for a week after Christmas and in to 2022. It was perfect for our needs and we got to see in the New Year in St Ives, which we loved. This was the 4th stay in an Orange Roofs property over the years and they have all been of the highest quality with everything you could possibly need. Add in Sam and the team in the office and you have all the ingredients for a restful staycation.

We have a very enjoyable stay at your apartment , everything was quality and very clean and comfortable.There was however a couple of things from my opinion that I would have liked to know before hand .The apartment was at the top of St Ives and for two people in there later years it was a struggle with the hills.Also the dishwasher wasn't working and someone previous had burnt the iron black so we couldn't use that either .Having said, all of that these things can be rectified apart from the hills Overall we had a good holiday thankyou.

Great Porperty, good position. Excellent accommodation, good setting for all the delights St Ives provides.

Lovely apartment, very clean, lots of extras supplied. Great to have parking space 2 minute walk away. 5 minute walk to shops and beach. Orange roof were very good at supplying details before the holiday, make sure you follow their instructions to get to apartment and not the sat nav. Not the best view in the world from the balcony, but in fairness lots of properties don't have outside space, we didn't use it as cold and rainy most of week. But not a deal breaker. Would recommend to anyone who wanted to visit St. Ives.

Zennor 3 property was extremely clean and modern and well spec'd with top quality appliance and items. A welcome pack was also provided on arrival which was a lovely touch and the host has thought of nearly everything that you would need during the stay. Importantly a parking permit was provided which enabled easy parking in the nearby car park which made things a lot easier.....car parking in St Ives is a nightmare. The location of the property is very convenient and is only a 5 to 10min walk to the main street .....the Tate gallery is literally next door. However beware, some of the hills are very steep in St Ives, so it helps a lot if you are fit and able!! We thoroughly enjoyed our week in the Zennor apartment and would like to thank the hosts for making us feel at home in their lovely apartment.

Lovely property, clean as a new pin with all your needs catered for. Very comfortable, modern and ideally situated in St Ives, with nearby parking. I cannot think of anything to criticise except that it is at the top of a rather steep hill, this was in no way a problem for us but might be for the elderly, or people with mobility issues. Orange Roofs were extremely professional and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this property and we plan to return!

We found Zennor is a really well-located and comfortable property for our week's stay in St.Ives. It sits in the Barnoon area just above the Tate St.Ives, so is really convenient to drop down to Porthmeor Beach, or into the town itself. A massive plus is the proximity of a reserved car parking space in Barnoon long stay car park itself. The design of the house is really clever, with a spacious living area and kitchen, plus two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms all fitted into what seems (from the outside) a relatively small property. A small outside terrace with seats is really useful, not least for hanging out wetsuits. The standard of furnishings and fittings in the house is very good, and we didn't miss any key items in the kitchen so it's perfect for travelling light but then self-catering. We originally booked for 2020, and I must comment on how helpful and considerate the booking team were in rearranging our stay for 2021 in the light of Covid. All in all, thoroughly recommended - we had a great week, and we have booked again!

This apartment has a great location above Porthmeor beach and was very cosy. The kitchen has all the amenities we needed and the apartment was great for a family of 4. My only little niggle was that there was quite a lot of unnecessary stuff in the apartment such as a draw full of Xmas baubles, a cupboard full of plastic toddler plates a drawer full of DVDs etc. We take a lot of our stuff away for a 2 week holiday so personally we would have preferred more empty cupboards. Other than that it was a great place and would stay again.

Quality apartment, stocked with quality furnishings and equipment. Located in an excellent position for exploring St Ives, Lots of nice touches everything provided with lots of thought. All this made it a very enjoyable holiday.

We had a pleasant stay at Porthmeor Apt from 12-19/6/21. The apartment was clean, fully furnished and comfortable. It is located within 5 minutes walk to Porthmeor beach and shops. The booking process was simple and all communications from owners were clear and received timely before our arrival date. I would recommend this to friends and will stay here on our next visit.

Zennor is a really lovely property. We've been visiting St Ives for years and have stayed in many many holiday rentals, Zennor is up there with the best. The quality and the space is fantastic (more spacious than it looks on the photos). Zennor is immaculately clean and really well equipped with everything you could need. Another plus is the outside terrace, drenched is afternoon/evening sun it's the perfect place to relax with a drink or/and dry wet suits! Usually staying in downalong area I was a bit nervous about location, actually it's no problem. Everything you need is still only a few minutes walk. Finally, Orange roofs = Amazing!

Immaculate, modern, fresh and extremely comfortable. Little touches like the welcome Cornish package was perfectly delicious on arrival. My family enjoyed May Bank holiday here and we could've lazed around if it weren't for the warm spring sunshine beckoning us outside to explore. This beautiful apartment's location is a hop, skip and a jump to the golden sandy beaches, picturesque harbour, shops, restaurants and bars as you stroll through the quaint cobbled streets lined with cottages. Also the perfect location when we ventured beyond the island to explore nearby landmarks Botallack Mine, Land's End, Minack Theatre and St Michael's Mt. Excellent communication from booking to arrival - don't hesitate to book! Highly recommend!!

We just got back from a week at Zennor and couldn't have asked for a better apartment to suit our needs. It was spotless, super comfy beds, very well equipped kitchen and perfect size for a family of four. It's a 4/5 min walk to our (now) favourite beach Porthmeor and the same into town, hugely recommend it and we are hoping to be back as soon as it's available again ;) Orange Roofs were hugely helpful and the APP with all the info on it is brilliant, easy to refer to and follow.

The whole idea of booking this apartment was very last minute following a stressful week of sorting out my mother's broken down car. It was absolutely what we needed to wind down, apart from the hiccup with the parking space which was quickly sorted anyway, we had a cosy week near Porthmeor which is so close you can hear the sea at night! It was efficient use of space , well equipped, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great too. We really didn't want to leave . The care and communication from orange roofs and St Ives Housekeeping was also really excellent. I've marked this one down as one to remember for anyone visiting me in the future.

Having visited St Ives several times, this visit was our first as a 3! Being able to pull up at the foot door of Zennor to unload was ideal, especially with the amount of luggage we had for our 3 month old. A great stress free start to our holiday. Couldn't fault the apartment, it was like home from home. Well equipped and all high quality appliances and linen. Location was ideal too even with a pushchair. This was our second booking with Orangeroofs and won't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Zennor was the perfect place to stay for our St Ives holiday. Excellent location, luxuriously equipped and very comfortable. We've now stayed twice and would happily return again. There's no better recommendation than that!

I just wanted to say a big thank you to you all. We had the most relaxing week in St Ives at Zennor. Everything was just perfect; the location of the apartment couldn't have been any better and having a dedicated parking spot was a godsend. We didn't know what to expect being the first week back since full lockdown but I can quite honestly say we were so thankful we had Zennor booked.

The little touches in the apartment truly made it - white company linen, towels and toiletries were luxurious and we appreciated a pint of milk, the washing/dishwasher tablets even to the beautiful flowers! 

So please pass on our thanks to the owners and well  done to Orange Roofs and JellyBean too. The total experience and service stood out!

Our first booking with Orange Roofs First class apartment Parking was close Zennor had everything thing we needed Comfy beds, boiling water... first class towels and toiletries Like a hotel !

'Zennor' is a beautiful apartment in the lovely town of St. Ives in a very convenient position for the town, harbour and shops in one direction, and the Tate, Porthmeor Beach, and the excellent Porthmeor Beach restaurant in the other. None of the attractions are more than a few minutes walk away (although maybe a bit longer up the hill on the way back!). The 2-bedroom apartment is very comfortable and extremely well equipped with nice bedrooms, bathrooms, appliances and decoration. It also contains lots of information about the area including maps and walk suggestions. The agents, Orange Roofs, were very helpful with information prior to our visit, and also handled very promptly a minor maintenance issue while we were there. The apartment is on a quiet lane (ideal for unloading on arrival/departure as it is very quiet), and the availability of included parking in the nearby car park is a boon for a place like St. Ives where a car is seldom needed. The only minor comment is that the apartment looks out over the car park (with a view to the right of the Tate and the sea), and is therefore somewhat overlooked by this.

From the moment we booked our stay the communication was excellent. They couldn’t have been more helpful. Fantastic property fitted out to a high standard. We felt at home and really enjoyed our break. We will definitely use Orange Roofs for our next stay in Cornwall.

We spent a fantastic week at Zennor. It is a beautifully decorated and generously kitted out apartment in a fabulous location for Porthmeor Beach. Orange Roofs we’re one of the most attentive booking agents we’ve used. We had lots of useful information in advance of our arrival (including an invaluable top 5 places to eat - we tried nearly all of them!) and the service felt very personal. When we had a minor issue Orange Roofs were extremely responsive to get it fixed. I’d definitely recommend Orange Roofs and Zennor to St Ives visitors.

Zennor is a fantastic apartment, the best equipped place we have stayed. Such comfy beds, fluffy towels and thought given to everything a guest might need. Would definitely rebook - the whole family loved the closeness to porthmeor beach and the town but also the peace and quiet achieved by just a five min walk uphill away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect location. Orange roofs were helpful, polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with making the holiday process very easy. We mentioned one small door handle issue and they were round to fix it straight away.

We had a great week in St. Ives and we loved the perfect apartment Zennor 3 - it's perfectly located and super well equipped !

This was the 5th time staying in St Ives and the second time booking with Orange Roof. They are very knowledgeable about the apartments and very easy to deal with. Informative and very efficient. We were staying for 3 weeks to celebrate my husband’s 80th birthday, and since we were staying so long we wanted to make sure that it had comfortable seating and beds. We were very pleased to have a one level apartment and we were very pleased with the comfort and amenities in Zennor. It was nice to have parking close to the apartment as parking is much harder than when we first started coming to St Ives in the early 90’s. Our only comment is that the hills going into town were harder to manage than we had expected. Hard to tell from the pictures or description. Otherwise, a fabulous and relaxing vacation.

Zennor is the perfect apartment . Ideally situated and everything you could wish for ,even the sun on the balcony in an evening. Would definitely stay here again and recommend orange roofs without hesitation .

While the apartment was difficult to locate, once we found it and settled in, we were delighted. The description on the website was accurate. Plenty of light and amenities in the unit. Even occasional cooking was fun with the well-equipped kitchen. The location of the unit was at one of the tallest points in St. Ives. We are hearty folk, but folks with mobility issues may find the steep roads a challenge. Thank you for a great week.

This is a great apartment. Close to everything, several beach bars close by, Porthmeor and Porthgwidden both nice for lunch or dinner. Coastpath starting 5-10 minutes from the apartment. And for art lovers: it is right next to the Tate. The apartment is very well equipped, comfortable and cosy. I loved the double doors and terrace with sun during the afternoon until sundown. The Barbara Hepworth museum and sculpture garden is magical. Thank you!

We booked very last minute but the process was smooth and access was really easy and well explained by email in advance. The apartment is beautiful in a superb location. The apartment was spotless and beautifully presented and prepared with everything you could possibly need for your self catering holiday in beautiful st ives. The beds are super comfortable and we slept really well. We felt it was fantastic value for our mini family break and loved the little extras provided like milk tea coffee biscuits.
