2 The Coach House

We had a fantastic stay and couldn't have asked for a better place for our holiday. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the local area while also providing a peaceful place to relax. Overall, this accommodation exceeded our expectations and played a big part in making our holiday so enjoyable. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay, and we will definitely be returning in the future.

Had a great stay at 2 The Coach House. Everything in the apartment is modern, bright and clean. There is everything you need in there with the added bonus of private parking. The enclosed patios are a bonus if you are staying with children or pets, and the sea views are lovely. Also quite an easy apartment for people with mobility issues

Light and airy property within short walking distance of the main town. Need to be fit for those hills in the way back!

I would really recommend a holiday at No. 2 the Coachhouse, St Ives. It is a lovely place to relax and explore from. Everything was set up just right - with nothing lacking at all. The welcome supplies were a lovely touch. And being Christmas, having a tree and decorations made it feel very homely. The dog settled in and we all had a great break. Thank you.

This is our second visit to 2 The Coach House this summer. As always we really enjoyed our stay as the property is ideal for our family and our dog. Would highly recommend both the property and Orange Roofs as agents.

A fabulous accommodation with lots of natural light and living space. Very clean, modern and well equipped. Great beaches and the town centre all within walking distance. A great place to stay…superb!

2 The Coach House is the perfect accommodation - it is all on one level, sleeps 4, with secure outdoor seating areas ideal for the dog, stunning sea views and the bonus of parking. The apartment is open plan, has a modern and fully equipped kitchen and light flooding in through the patio doors. The welcome pack was lovely - milk, butter, eggs, bread, local apple juice etc - everything needed to start your holiday. There are spectacular but steep walks down to the beach, and a 10 minute walk downhill to the town. If you can't manage the walk back there is a bus service or a taxi. All the staff at Orange Roofs are so professional and helpful and nothing is too much trouble and I would certainly recommend them to anyone visiting St Ives.

Great apartment, very light and has everything we needed. Loved the location, perfect for Portminster and the coastal path to Carbis Bay and beyond.

We had the best week at this property, it was more than we expected Clean, spacious with everything you need. Location fantastic a 10 minute walk into town. We will be back

Lovely place. Home from Home. Everything you need was there for a relaxing stay. Great location, lovely walk to beach and easy walk in to town.

We loved our stay at 2The Coach House. It had everything that we needed for a short break. The location was good for us with the bonus of parking outside. 
It was well equipped with comfy sofas and beds and lovely fluffy towels. 
The accommodation is light and warm with the bonus of a sea view. A very welcome selection of bread, milk, apple juice etc was left for our arrival.

We had THE most fabulous stay here. There is everything you would want for a fabulous stay. Would recommend it to everyone

We very much enjoyed our second stay at 2 The Coach House. We love it's proximity to Porthminster beach which means we don't have to worry about catching the train into St Ives. The property is just off the main road so there is some traffic noise at night, but this doesn't usually disturb us. Hopefully we'll get to stay again next year! 

Lovely property for a weeks holiday in St. Ives. Just far enough out to be nice and quiet, but near enough to stroll into the centre of St. Ives. Good views of the sea. Very clean, tidy and well equipped property, with a nice outside space. I would definitely recommend and we hope to stay again soon.

Fantastic place to stay for our annual St Ives visit, great location for the beach and town, super clean and modern. Would definitely return.

Excellent property 

We had a wonderful stay at 2 The Coach house. The welcome pack was a thoughtful added touch after such a long journey. Very clean, spacious apartment with comfy beds. Outside area lovely especially on a summers day with great sea views. 

The property had everything you needed the garden was secure for our dog , the only downside was the busy road but after a couple of days we didn't really notice it , the walk down to the beach and st ives centre was probably about 10 mins , and the parking. was a bonus for 2 cars , we would stay again in this property, thankyou orange roofs your service was brilliant.

We've recently stayed in 2 The Coach house. The accommodation was clean bright and modern. Perfect all on one floor. Parking space was a bonus. There was a nice secure outside decked garden area with seating. Useful for our small dogs. The sofas were comfortable and beds. Infact the whole accommodation was well equipped. Loved the extra welcome pack touches - coffee pods /local apple juice /biscuits/ eggs/ fresh bread etc. We were aware that main road was near as could hear road noise traffic. It wouldn't deter us from staying again or recommending this property however. Great location. Nice to sea a glimpse of sea From property as well.

We recently stayed at the apartment at 2 The Coach House with our dog and found it very clean, comfortable and well equipped for our stay. It is close to the coastal path with excellent access to Porthminster beach. As stated on the property description, the bedrooms at the property do not have a lot of space, but we found there to be enough room for what we needed. The only slight downside is it's proximity to the main road into St Ives and the resultant traffic noise, which didn't really disturb us, but might be an issue for other people staying. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return again soon.

We absolutely loved staying in the coach house. The house itself was lovely and clean, well equipped and very secure for our dog. The outside space was perfect with a lovely view and the car parking space was just what we needed as St Ives streets are very narrow. Location great, lovely walk into the town but as St Ives is very hilly the walk back did provide some exercise. Would certainly be returning.

Great location walking distance to pretty much most things. Apartment was clean and had great views.

Lovely compact accommodation. Very modern -- comprehensive instructions for all the equipment/ white goods. Attractive patio, with furniture and glimpses of sea views. Good location to get into the town and down to the beach-- be prepared for a steep walk back! The only negative was the noise from the accommodation above, most of which was over the bedrooms, creating problems when sleeping. It was only very problematic one night and Orange Roofs spoke to the occupants which made it less noisy for the rest of our stay. I would book again but only if there was no one staying above!

We arrive at 2 coach house St Ives and we were very impressed with everything about the property. Clean , modern ,well looked after ! everything you needed was there . We will definitely be visiting the coach house again . Also when getting into the property essential items were left which was a lovely touch . So Thank you very Orange Roofs you also have been very helpful with any questions needed to be answered and emails was sent straight back . We was all very sad to leave St Ives it's such a beautiful place . I will be recommending the property to friends and family . Thank you ,

A lovely, modern holiday rental that has everything you would want for a week away!!! Really impressed with the high end decor & fixtures. Very enclosed for dogs to have outdoor space without a worry. BBQ on the patio would be an amazing addition as the outdoor space is fab. Only negative to be aware of is the noise of guests in the coach house above…was only an issue in the morning as our main bedroom was below their lounge & they clearly preferred to get up earlier than us!

The Coach house has everything you need for a nice holiday. Lovely location and sea view. Clean and homely. Garden area very pretty. Noise coming from the apartment above is a bit loud.

Just returned from a week at 2 The Coach House. It was lovely, bright & well equipped. Sofas & bed super comfy. Location was perfect with Primrose Valley walk to town (or other way to Carbis Bay) on the doorstep. Lots of space & furniture on the terrace...perfect at all times of day inc sunrise over the sea. Orange Roofs really helpful at every stage & lots of updates. Would definitely book again & ideal for family breaks with no 1 as well.

Lovely appt ... 15 mins walk into st ives ...for couples or families with children who are ok with a slightly steep trek up from porthminster beach ... everything you need ... beautiful light space with decking ... plus private onsite parking for 2 cars .... loved it ... will return

Fantastic stay at 2 the coach house has everything u will ever need to make your stay so comfortable. Also has fantastic view just to top it off and dog friendly aswell . A little way out from the town but if u don't mind walking u will be fine . Our family will definitely be booking again as it was such a lovely holiday . Bathroom was fantastic with the best shower ever Bedrooms good size and also have televisions in them Kitchen equipped with all the latest cooking equipment Living room very good size and very comfortable Outside space fantastic and the views are breathtaking .
